AltiusForms builds, shares and analyses your forms in an instance that is yours alone: hosted and maintained by us, or installed on your own servers with a licence.
An instance that is yours alone
AltiusForms is a form builder sold as dedicated software. Every customer gets their own instance: its own database, its own file storage and its own address, such as your-name.altiusforms.com. Your answers never share a database with another organisation's.
There are two ways to run it:
- Hosted by us. After purchase, your instance is deployed automatically on our servers. We back it up every night and apply updates for you.
- On your own servers. You install AltiusForms in your infrastructure with a licence key, shown in your customer area, and a maintenance contract.
What you can do from day one
Build serious forms
The builder offers 27 question types: text, numbers, dates, choices, files, photos and videos taken with the device, audio recording, GPS position, an area drawn on a map, signature, Swiss address autocomplete, and tables where every column has its own type. Sections can be shown as cards, tabs, accordions or wizard steps.
Conditions show, hide or make required a question, a section or even a table cell depending on earlier answers. Data lists feed your choices from your own tables or from an external API.
The Try button shows the form exactly as respondents will see it before you publish your changes.
Share it and fill it in together
A form can be public (with anti-bot protection), protected by an access code, limited to signed-in people or to chosen groups. You can also embed it in your website with a single script.
With real-time co-filling, a team fills in the same form at the same time: everyone joins the session with a code or a QR code, and answers sync live.
Analyse, export, automate
Each form has its own Studio: a summary of answers, statistical tests, segments, saved filters and reports you can export to PDF or DOCX. Answers export to CSV, Excel or PDF. Automations send an email with the PDF, call a webhook or create an internal notification. A REST API opens your data to your other tools.
In your colours
Themes, logo, fonts, favicon, application name: your instance carries your brand. The "Powered by AltiusForms" notice can be hidden.
Mobile, coming soon
An iPhone, iPad and Android app will soon be available in the stores. It fills in forms in the field, even without a network, and sends the answers as soon as the connection returns.
Three plans, every feature
Starter, Business and Enterprise all include every feature. They differ in instance size and storage; Enterprise adds your own domain name. Every plan comes with a free 14-day trial, then is billed monthly or yearly (two months free), in Swiss francs excluding VAT, by card. You can change plans whenever you like; the difference is prorated.
