Creating an account

1. Data we ask for

To create an account, we ask for your company name, first name, last name, email address and a password. Phone number, company address and VAT number are optional and used for invoicing and support.

2. Email verification

We send you a confirmation link. Your account becomes active once the address is confirmed. You can request a new link from the login page.

3. Choosing a plan

Next you choose a plan — Starter, Business or Enterprise — and monthly or yearly billing (yearly gives two months free). Every plan includes all features; only instance size and storage differ, and Enterprise lets you use your own domain.

4. Free trial and payment

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page; we never see your card number. Nothing is charged during the free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends from your customer area.

5. Creating the instance

As soon as you subscribe, your dedicated instance is deployed automatically on our servers, with its own database and its own address (your-name.altiusforms.com). You receive the access details by email and find them in your customer area. For an installation on your own servers, write to us: the licence key then appears in your customer area.
