Where can I find my instance's address?
In your customer area, on the “My instances” page. The address and administrator email are shown there as soon as the instance is ready.
I've forgotten my password.
On the sign-in page of your instance or the customer area, choose “Forgotten password”: a reset link arrives by email.
How do I connect the mobile app?
Open the app, enter your instance's address (for example votre-nom.paper-point.ch) or scan a form's QR code, then sign in.
How do I invite my team?
In your instance, Administration › Invitations menu: each person receives a link to create their account. Then put them into groups to set their rights form by form.
How do I change offer or cancel?
From your instance's page, in the customer area: upgrade to Pro, back to the free offer, and storage cap. Same instance, same data. Cancelling Pro takes effect at the end of the paid period.
How do I retrieve all my responses?
From each form's Studio, Export tab: CSV or Excel for everything, PDF for each response. The API also lets you retrieve everything.
