Every day we measure what your instance stores: files, photos, videos and database. The monthly invoice takes the average of these measurements, so a one-day peak costs little.

Free and Pro have a single administrator: one person manages the instance. Entreprise has as many as you buy, from 3, with roles, groups and invitations. Respondents are free and unlimited in every plan: public forms, the mobile space and appointment booking, with or without an account.

Pricing questions

What counts as storage?

Files (photos, videos, signatures, attachments) and the database (your forms and their responses). We measure it every day; a month's invoice takes the average of these measurements.

What happens when the cap is reached?

New uploads are refused until you free up space or raise the cap. Viewing and exporting your responses always remain possible. You never pay beyond the cap you chose.

Is the safety ceiling what I pay for?

How does yearly billing work?

La base se paie une fois par an : US$210 au lieu de 12 × US$21. Le stockage au-delà des 10 GB inclus reste mesuré et facturé chaque mois, sur une facture à part.

What are the rules of the free offer?

Only one free instance per person: it is counted per e-mail address, across all accounts, and variants of the same address count as one. If you delete it, it is erased at once and for good, with no way to recover it. A free instance left 90 days without any activity is deleted; two e-mails warn you beforehand, and a simple visit resets the count.

Why does the free instance go to sleep?

So that the free offer stays free: with no visits for a while it goes to sleep, and the next visit wakes it up in about thirty seconds. Your data stays put. A Pro instance is always on.

Can I switch from Free to Pro, and back?

Yes, from your instance's page: same instance, same address, same data. Moving back to the free offer is possible as long as the instance stores less than its quota, and if you do not already have a free instance.

Who counts as a user in Entreprise?

The people who have access to the instance's administration: they create the forms, read the responses, manage the settings. Respondents never count: public forms, the mobile space and appointment booking stay free and unlimited, with or without an account.

How do I add users?

From your instance's page, in your customer area: choose the new number, it applies right away. The difference is prorated for the current period and appears on the next invoice. You can also move from Pro or Free to Entreprise and keep the same instance.

I already have several users with Pro: what happens?

Nothing changes for them: accounts created before stay active, nothing is deleted or locked. To add new ones, or to create roles, groups and invitations, move to Entreprise.

How do I cancel?

The free offer commits you to nothing. For Pro, from your customer area: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting a Pro instance stops billing the same day; it stays restorable for 30 days. Export your answers first.
