Hosting managed by us
With a Starter, Business or Enterprise subscription, we host and maintain your instance. You take care of your forms; we take care of the servers.
Automatic deployment
After you subscribe, your instance is deployed automatically on our server
cluster (Kubernetes). It is reachable at the address you chose,
your-name.altiusforms.com, or at your own domain with the Enterprise plan.
An isolated instance
Your instance is not shared with any other customer:
- its own database;
- its own storage for files, photos, videos and recordings;
- its own users, themes and settings.
All traffic to the instance goes over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Backups
We back up your instance every night. You can see the backups in My account › Instances, on the instance page. If you need a restore, write to contact@altius-group.ch.
Backups are there to recover from an incident; they do not replace your own exports if you must keep answers over the long term.
Updates
We apply AltiusForms updates ourselves. There is nothing for you to install; new features simply appear in your instance.
What stays with you
- The content of your forms and the answers collected: you are responsible for them, and you decide who can respond and who sees the answers.
- Managing your team's accounts (roles, groups, two-factor authentication).
- Your exports before any cancellation.
