Create your instance

It takes a few minutes from choosing a plan to your first login.

1. Choose a plan

Open the Pricing page and compare Starter, Business and Enterprise. Every feature is included in every plan; only the instance size and the storage space differ. You can switch plans later.

2. Create your account

Enter your organisation's name, your name, your email address and a password, then confirm your email address with the link you receive.

3. Configure the instance

On the subscription page:

1. Enter the instance name.
2. Choose the address: lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, for example martin-workshop for martin-workshop.altiusforms.com.
3. Choose the instance's administrator password and confirm it.
4. Pick monthly or yearly billing (two months free).
5. Click Confirm and pay. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

4. The free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends from My account.

5. Deployment

As soon as the order is confirmed, our system creates your instance automatically. Follow the progress under My account › Instances. If the instance does not show up, the Provision my instance button starts the creation again.

6. First login

Open your instance's address and log in with your email and the administrator password chosen in step 3. You are the administrator — carry on with your first form.
