Exporting answers

In a form's Studio, Export tab:

  1. Set the Filters if needed: period (start and end date) and type of respondent (signed-in, anonymous or all).
  2. Under Raw data, pick a format: CSV (opens in Excel, LibreOffice or Numbers), Excel (workbook with answers, questions and a summary), JSON, XML or SQLite for technical tools.
  3. The Analyses & reports block exports the computed statistics as CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF or plain text. These exports ignore the filters above.

Each answer can also be downloaded on its own as a PDF from its page (Download PDF).

Automating on every answer

The Automations tab triggers an action as soon as a new answer arrives. Each automation can be switched on or off separately.

  • Email PDF on submission — enter the recipients, separated by commas. They receive the answer's PDF as an attachment, sent through the mail server configured under Email.
  • Webhook — calls an external address with the answer as JSON, signed with your HMAC secret. Details in Webhooks.
  • Internal notification — pick the recipient user: they get an in-app notification with a direct link to the answer.
  • Scheduled report — regular report delivery is in preparation and shown as "Coming soon".

Notifications

The Notifications menu gathers the notifications you receive; the unread count is shown next to it. Click a notification to go to the answer.

Before cancelling a subscription, export your answers: once the paid period ends, the instance is no longer accessible.
