Filling in a form together
Some forms are not filled in alone: a move-in inspection between landlord and tenant, a three-person site inspection, meeting minutes, a team check. AltiusForms lets several people fill in the same response at the same time, each on their own device.
How it works
- You open a collaborative session on a form.
- Participants join with a link and a code, or by scanning a QR code.
- Every entry is saved and shows up for the others within moments, over a permanent connection (WebSockets).
- When everything is filled in, the organiser finalizes the session: a single response is saved, just like a regular form.
What participants see
- The list of people present, and who joins or leaves.
- The Connection status: if the network drops, entries wait and are sent as soon as the connection is back.
- The My fields / All fields filter, when questions are assigned to each person.
- If two people change the same field, AltiusForms flags it and offers Keep mine or Use their version.
