The mobile app
The AltiusForms app is for filling in your forms on a phone or tablet, where the work happens: building site, visit, inspection, event. Building forms and analysing answers stay in the browser.
It runs on iPhone, iPad and Android (phones and tablets). It will be available on the App Store and Google Play soon.
What it does
- connect to your instance, or fill in public forms without an account;
- open a form by scanning its QR code;
- work offline: answers and files wait on the device and are sent as soon as the network is back;
- take photos and videos, record audio, capture the GPS position, draw an area on a map, sign on screen;
- join a live session with its code to fill in a form together.
The tabs
Once signed in, the bottom bar offers:
- Home: your recent answers, live sessions and a shortcut to join a session;
- Forms: the forms you have access to;
- Scan: the central button to read a QR code;
- Answers: what you have sent, including what is waiting for a network;
- Profile: workspace, language and sign-out.
Language
By default the app follows the phone's language (French, German, Italian or English). You can choose another one in Profile › Language; Automatic returns to the device language.
