Shared results

Publishing a form's results

You can make a form's responses viewable read-only, without signing in: to show a ranking, a list of registrants or an inventory on your website, or to link them to a spreadsheet.

This sharing is separate from the fill-in link: publishing results does not let anyone fill in the form, and the other way round.

Turning sharing on

  1. Open the form, then its Settings.
  2. Turn on Public results and save.
  3. A results link specific to the form is created. Turn the option off to cut it at any time.

Only publish results that anyone may see: everyone with the link sees the responses.

Showing the table on your website

With the same script as for embedding the form:

<script src="https://votre-nom.altiusforms.com/static/sdk/altiusforms.js"></script>
<div data-af-results="RESULTS_TOKEN"></div>

Options on the div:

Attribute Effect
data-af-page-size="50" Rows per page (25 by default, 200 at most)
data-af-export="false" Hides the CSV and Excel download links

The snippet with the right token is offered in the API and integration menu.

Downloading as CSV or Excel

The table shows CSV and Excel links: your visitors, or your spreadsheet, always get up-to-date data. For full exports reserved for your team (PDF per response, filters), see Analyse and export.
