Your first form in ten minutes

1. Start from a template

In Forms, create a new form. Start from a blank page or from a ready-made template: Site inspection, Registration, Satisfaction survey or Contact request.

2. Add questions

The builder offers 27 question types: text, number, date, single or multiple choice, files, photo, signature, GPS position, Swiss address, table and many more.

  1. Pick a type in the palette and add it.
  2. Write the label and, if needed, a help text.
  3. Tick required for answers you cannot do without.
  4. Group questions into sections (card, tabs, wizard steps…).

The Steps ring shows what is left to do before publishing.

3. Try it

Click Try to fill in the form exactly as your respondents will. Nothing is saved to the responses.

4. Decide who can respond

In Settings, under Who can respond?:

  • Public: anyone with the link;
  • Access code: the link plus a code;
  • Logged-in people: users of your instance;
  • Chosen groups: only certain groups.

5. Publish and share

Click Publish changes. Your form is live: copy the link, embed it on your website or open a session to fill it in together. Answers land in Responses.
