My space, without an account
People who fill in your forms do not need an account. In the mobile app, My space keeps for them, organisation by organisation:
- the forms received (by QR code, by link, or sent to their address);
- the newsletters they subscribe to;
- the responses sent, with their status.
No password
The device receives a secret key for each instance. The person can add their e-mail, confirmed with a 6-digit code: they then receive the forms sent to that address and get their space back on a new phone.
Verified issuer
Each organisation is shown with its official name and logo. When the organisation has had its identity verified (business ID checked in the commercial register), the app shows the verified badge after checking the portal's signature. An unverified instance is flagged as such: you always know who is asking for what.
