The newsletter
Your instance sends news to those who asked for it: residents, members, customers. Messages go out by e-mail, from your own sending server, and also arrive in My space in the mobile app.
Subscribers
- A sign-up form, or a tick box in any form;
- double opt-in: the address is only added after a click in the confirmation e-mail;
- one-click unsubscribe in every e-mail (link and header recognised by Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail).
Sending
Write the message in the editor, in your theme's colours, choose the list, test it on your own address, then send or schedule it. The log shows what went out and to whom.
